Our new normal may be anything but ordinary. However, our Ohio FQHC’s continue to provide excellent care to patients every single day. Paramount Advantage Medicaid appreciates everything that you do, not just for their members, but for all of your patients.
As an FQHC, you and your team are highly essential for our
communities. And, Paramount wants to ensure it is doing everything possible to
make your job easier.
To show support, Paramount Advantage Medicaid is providing
all Ohio FQHC’s with 50 COVID-19 supply kits to give to patients. The supply
kits will be delivered by mail throughout the month of July. A total of 10,000
kits will be given to provider and community organizations, as well as
Paramount members in need.
Each kit includes disinfectant wipes, face masks, hand
sanitizer, gloves, and soap. For your reference, the information card will be included in each kit. Click here to view the card.
